Do not purchase the Remo recover software.
It does not work. Support is impersonal. After sending 30+ e-mails and giving them access to my computer to try to solve the problem in which they had NO success, I asked for a refund (73.44$ USD) and was refused. The 100% guaranteed advertised on their website does haven't been applied!
